  3. The customer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply in the destination country.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  1. Within the United Arab Emirates: Orders are delivered within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  2. International Orders: Orders are delivered within 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  3. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier services, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

5. Order Processing

  1. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  3. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with the tracking details.

6. Delivery Attempts

  1. Packages must be received or picked up within the time frame specified by the courier.
  2. After three failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to our facility and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
