Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At Beauty Vision, operated by Diamond Eye Drug Store LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality. This policy outlines the terms for returning, exchanging, and refunding colored contact lenses, while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
2. Return Period
- We offer a 7-day return period from the date of receipt, provided the package is unopened and approved in advance by Beauty Vision.
- Lenses cannot be returned once the seal has been broken due to hygiene reasons.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which may vary depending on the location or governorate.
- Returns must be arranged after prior approval from Beauty Vision.
4. Cancellations or Changes After Shipping
- Any order that is cancelled or changed after shipment will be treated as a return and may incur shipping charges.
- If a package cannot be received or picked up after three delivery attempts, the return may be subject to additional charges.
5. Replacement Due to Manufacturing Defects
- The only reason for replacement of any colored contact lens product is a proven manufacturing defect.
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced with the same product, identical power, and color.
- No exceptions are allowed for replacements other than manufacturing defects.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by Beauty Vision.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.
7. Important Notes
- We understand that purchasing a product without trying it can be difficult; therefore, we provide all available product information before purchase.
- Any lenses with opened packaging cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
