1. Wash and dry your hands with mild soap and a lint-free towel before touching your lenses.
2. Check the lens: on your fingertip it should form a bowl shape, not flare at the edge.
3. Insert: hold your lids open, look up, place the lens on the white of your eye, then blink gently.
4. Remove and store: remove before sleeping and store in fresh solution in a clean case. Never use water.

Follow your eye doctor’s instructions. Remove the lenses and see a doctor if your eyes are red, painful or your vision changes.

Do I need a prescription for plano colored lenses?
Yes. In the US all contact lenses are medical devices and need a valid prescription, even with no power.

Can I choose a different power for each eye?
Yes. Choose “With Power” above, then select the Right Eye and Left Eye power separately. We check them against your prescription before shipping.

Which powers are available?
0.00 (no power) and -0.50 to -8.00.

How many lenses are in a box?
2 lenses (one pair), enough for both eyes.
