How and when your order ships.
Processing
Orders ship within 3–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
- United Arab Emirates: about 2 business days from order confirmation.
- International: about 5 business days from order confirmation.
These are estimates and can change because of customs, weather or other factors.
Costs
- United States: free shipping on orders over $85. Orders under $85 ship for a flat $30.
- UAE, Kuwait and Oman: free delivery on all orders.
- Other countries: free shipping on orders over $85, otherwise a flat $30. The final cost is shown at checkout before payment.
- Local taxes, duties and customs fees are paid by the customer.
Carriers
Aramex, FedEx, UPS or DHL, chosen by delivery location and reliability at the time of shipping.
Failed delivery
After three failed delivery attempts the package may be returned and re-shipping charges may apply. Please give a complete address and a phone number.
