  • Salines are no help in disinfecting your contact lenses, do not use them.
  • Be careful with using your solution bottles, do not let the tip touch any surface.
  • Replace your contact lens case every three months, and immediately if they are damaged in any way.
  • Clean the case regularly with contact lenses solution, not tap water.
